Coffee Trends: Flavors

The top five flavors in foodservice with the highest menu penetration remain a display of traditional favorites:

  • Chocolate/macho;
  • Caramel;
  • Vanilla;
  • Hazelnut; and
  • Almond.

The five fastest growing flavors(1) showcase some new faces, though, alongside the traditional:

  • Salt/salted;
  • Honey;
  • Vanilla bean;
  • Italian; and
  • Caramel.

It’s no wonder that Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate continues to be a top-selling beverage.
