During a stop at 75 Chrome Shop in Wildwood, Florida, the first thing you notice is how meticulously cared for the location is. It is bright and shiny and beautiful, and every little detail at the location speaks to who the operators are.
One of the things I like about 75 Chrome Shop is that nothing gets missed if you’re a customer. They know their products and have amazing displays. They understand what they are good at and that is what they focus on.
They offer jewelry and t-shirts, but chrome is their specialty. There are unique products and drivers can find almost any sort of addition for their trucks.
Debbie Farkis and her daughter-in-law Kerrie are the driving forces behind the family-run operation. They are a testament to the vision and attention to detail many of our female operators bring to the industry. They take pride in the little things and nothing is overlooked. Everything is put together perfectly from the displays to the product collection.
Drivers are made to feel welcome as soon as they arrive. There are wooden chairs outside for drivers to sit and relax, which speaks to how the location focuses on taking care of its customers.
There are areas inside for drivers to relax and enjoy their breaks.
75 Chrome Shop has installed paid parking and has an automated system—drivers pull in, get a ticket and can get it validated inside. Parking is in demand in the area, and they can’t afford to have people just parking there and not spending money with them.
Their customers were happy when they put in the paid parking. Those who stop there frequently wanted to know parking would be available for them. One driver wrote on Google, “Ok so I've learned that parking isn't going to be free anymore. That's seriously awesome,” he said. “I also spend money in the store or at a minimum grab a shower. The shop services my truck, etc., so I think pay parking will be awesome.”
The focus on customers, amazing displays and heartfelt service keep drivers coming back and have made the location a success.
