NATSO, Fuel Groups Unify Support for Keeping Point of Obligation Under the Renewable Fuel Standard

Abstract:
NATSO joined seven fuel associations representing the majority of participants across the transportation fuels sector in expressing unified support for the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) recent proposal to keep the current point of obligation under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS). Their Nov. 30 letter to EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy marks the first time that these organizations have collectively backed a single issue.
