Five Tips for Making the Most of a Trip to Disney World

The NATSO Show 2016 is heading to The Disney Yacht & Beach Club in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, making it the perfect time for NATSO members to add a few days of Disney magic to their itinerary. Here are five quick tips for those planning to take on the parks while in Florida.

  • Make the most of your time in the parks by creating a touring plan that can help you cover more territory and reduce your wait time. Once inside the park, you can get up-to-the-minute information on ride wait times via the free app “My Disney Experience Walt Disney World.”
  • A trip to Disney World doesn’t have to break the bank. New York Daily News has a list of money-saving tips and MouseSavers.com offers a variety of free or cheap things to do in the parks.
  • The blog All Ears outlines exactly what you should pack for your trip. In addition to the obvious items, such as sunscreen and sensible shoes, the list includes helpful items you may not have thought of, such as moleskin for blisters and night lights for the hotel room. WDW Prep School offers its own packing list that can be downloaded in multiple formats.
