Vice President, Government Affairs
Represents the interests of truckstops and travel plazas before Congress and regulatory agencies. Lead on tax and fuel issues.
Manager, Information and Research
Supports the objectives of all NATSO departments by collecting, organizing and sharing data and information, and by managing data and information systems and technologies.
Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
Develops strategic partnerships that create value for members. Staff lead on meetings and events, including The NATSO Show. Directs recruitment and retention of allied members through valuable service offerings. Supports the NATSO Foundation in fundraising and event planning.
Member Care Specialist
Provides customer service and support to travel plaza and Check-Link™ customers. Also provides support to the NATSO staff.
Chief of Operations
Responsible for ensuring successful operations and growth of the NATSO through strong fiscal management, volunteer and staff development, and leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations.
Vice President, Membership
Directs recruitment, retention and customer service to travel plaza members. Also responsible for developing and/or enhancing NATSO products, services, and/or programs, particularly those relating to education, research and training for travel plaza operators.
Director, Government Affairs
Advocates for NATSO members on a range of issues affecting the industry, especially transportation policy.
Allied Relations Manager
Provides customer support and service to allied members. Key support person for The NATSO Show.
Senior Director, Marketing and Design
Toner serves as Editor of Stop Watch magazine. She markets NATSO products, services and meetings. She manages NATSO's core websites and produces Highway Business Matters biweekly articles. In addition, she provides creative services across all departments. Toner joined NATSO in 2006.
Senior Director, Public Affairs
Identifies communications needs and executes communications strategies to advance NATSO’s advocacy goals. Supports member communications needs by cultivating and facilitating relationships with media and educating them about NATSO issues.
