Dispenser Labels and Product Transfer Document Language Changes As ULSD Program Enters Final Phase
Fuel retailers are reminded that effective Oct. 1, only 15 parts per million diesel fuel is allowed for use in highway and non-road vehicles as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) program enters its final phase. The final phase-in eliminates certain regulatory requirements for product transfer document language as well as dispenser labels for 500 ppm diesel fuel.
