Pine Cone Travel Plaza in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, has an amazing bakery, which has more than doubled in size in recent years. The bakery offers traditional treats, such as cookies and Rice Krispy treats, as well as more decandant desserts, including cream puffs and eclairs.

Trails Travel Center in Albert Lea, Minnesota, has a beautiful bakery counter with donuts, scones and cookies. The location also has a fudge counter that features several flavors of homemade fudge that can satisfy any sweet tooth.

The Willkomm Highlands Petro in Racine, Wisconsin, taps into the Nordic population in the area and offers a Danish Bakery. The bakery features Danish kringle, fresh donuts and pastries as well as whole cakes, which is a great option for customers looking to take something home.
