Bob Wollenman is the owner of Deluxe Truck Stop in St. Joseph, Missouri, where he has led the business since 1997 following three decades in his family’s fuel and service station operations. A lifelong St. Joseph resident and graduate of Missouri Western State University, Bob has played a key role in expanding Deluxe Truck Stop’s services to meet the growing needs of the region’s agricultural and industrial community, including the addition of multiple wash bays, tire services, and specialized food‑grade and kosher tank wash capabilities. He served as NATSO Chairman of the Board in 2019 and continues to serve on the NATSO Government Affairs Committee, helping guide national policy and advocacy efforts for the truck stop and travel plaza industry.
