As part of the NATSO membership team, Kimberly's responsibilities include travel plaza member retention and recruitment, with a special focus on member care and customer service. Additionally, she manages the day to day operations of the NATSO Check-Link Check Verification Program for both travel plaza members and professional drivers. Kimberly also provides both pre-show and on-site support for NATSO Connect.
