Toner is charged with spearheading the education, fundraising and administration of the NATSO Foundation, including education for the annual industry conference NATSO Connect as well as the Bill and Carolyn Moon Scholarship Program, which is one of the Foundation’s [core] programs. Toner serves as the editor of NATSO’s Stop Watch magazine, manages the NATSO website and hosts NATSO’s Podcast, The Truck Stops Here. Toner joined NATSO in 2006.
