NATSO Rejects Proposed Settlement in Antitrust Litigation
NATSO announced today that it has joined others in rejecting a proposed settlement of the antitrust lawsuit brought by merchants, including NATSO, alleging that Visa, MasterCard and national banks collude to set artificially high swipe fees.
