Nisqually Markets is Nimble, Serving the Community with Food

Nisqually Markets has it all – innovative technology, experiential offerings, and good food. “We are heavy in the food game,” shared Sam Roark, director of retail operations for Nisqually Markets, on the NATSO Foundation’s podcast.
Nisqually Markets partnered with a company called Ramen Bay to create their Ramen Go! Experience, a state-of-the-art instant ramen experience, an EBT-eligible self-serve station where customers can get fresh noodles and toppings to create their own ramen bowls. “As soon as I read about Nisqually Markets’ Ramen Go! Experience, I knew I had to have Sam on the podcast,” said Amy Toner, executive director of the NATSO Foundation.
Listen in as Roark walks listeners through everything that makes Nisqually Markets so special.
