In a brief filed in federal court on Feb. 14, the Trump Administration Department of Justice reiterated legal arguments made by the Obama Administration to defend against claims from the refining industry that Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) volume mandates are too high, and from renewable groups that the mandates are too low.
