NCR Corp. said it will acquire Retalix, a global provider of integrated software solutions and services, for approximately $650 million. NCR said the acquisition will strengthen its technology leadership position in the retail industry. Retalix's software and services are deployed in more than 70,000 retail locations, with more than 400,000 customer touch points in 50-plus countries.
