OSHA is expected to finalize its vaccine mandate for employers with more than 100 employees as soon as this week.

NATSO will offer specific guidance once the vaccine mandate becomes available. Although it is likely that many organizations will challenge the mandate, truckstops, travel plazas and off-highway retailers are encouraged to make preparations for compliance.
