Any time is a great time to show your appreciation to your customers, but Thanksgiving makes a naturally perfect occasion to tell them Thanks.
Why not make November Customer Appreciation Month?
This could entail a special loyalty card, a “come-back” offer, a discount on specific items or a “Happy Hour” special (See last month’s articles for more general promotion tips here).
Another great idea for holiday customer appreciation could be a “Thank You Thursday” promotion, either during just November or throughout the extended season. Any general promotion format could be used, perhaps something like, “Free Coffee every Thursday for Loyalty Card Holders” or “Free Refills every Thursday”.
Whatever the offer, make sure to emphasize the YOU in “thank you” to let your customers know they are the best.
After all, according to Advertising Expert Paul Suggett on about.com, “YOU” is the most powerful word in advertising.
