Pamela Hayes is the Vice President of Business Development of NATSO, Inc., a trade association representing the $65 billion dollar truckstop and travel plaza industry, located in Alexandria, VA. She has 35+ years of experience in the travel plaza industry beginning with operations experience at TravelCenters of America, executive experience with a start-up independent operator marketing group in 1988 for nine years, and national exposure with NATSO beginning in 2003. Hayes background includes hands on experience in operations, HR, loyalty programs, membership recruitment & retention, annual expo and conference management, and strategic partnership ROI. She has traveled extensively, including internationally and led study tours both nationally and internationally. Her industry certification includes the CAE designation (Certified Association Executive) and is involved with ASAE, MPI, PCMA, IMEX and other event industry meetings and expos. Hayes and her husband Brian have four beautiful children, Megan and Brian, and Matthew and Mackenzie. They currently reside in Nashville, TN.
