"My dad got the idea for CAT Scale during The NATSO Show. He was talking with a guy who told him about the concept of a certified scale. I have the letter the guy sent as a follow up saying how he did it. My dad took the concept and made it into a three-axle scale. He built the first one in 1977.”

A lot of the conversations we had are with our existing suppliers, which strengthens our relationships. The Great Ideas! Session is always full of takeaways. Last year we really benefitted from the session on social media and marketing and this year we took away some ideas on how to raise awareness of human trafficking.”

"I got a lot of really wonderful new ideas from the sessions and brainstorming with other members. The best ideas were how to use our site in our specific market and how to differentiate our brand. It looks like our stop may end up quite a bit different than we originally planned, but most importantly, it will fit the needs of our customers.”
