Dedicated show floor hours are the heart of any tradeshow, but the opportunities to connect with attendees extend well beyond the show floor at The NATSO Show 2012. In Las Vegas, vendors are welcome to attend the educational sessions and networking events that abound. Here are four places suppliers and truckstop operators can connect this February.

1- Five Keynote Sessions on the Show Floor: Knowing what is on the horizon for your customers will help you prepare for your future. The NATSO Show 2012 includes five keynote sessions led by innovative experts focused on ahead-of-the-curve trends. Topics range from the outlook of fuel to the future of trucking. Sponsored by TSC Global, S & D Coffee and Terra Environmental Technologies.

2- The NATSO Show Grand Opening Party on the Show Floor: Mix and mingle with travel plaza operators and your fellow vendors at this kick-off celebration that takes place right in the heart of the action. Maximize your time at the show by making connections early on at this casual party.

3- Educational Opportunities: In addition to the five keynotes, educational opportunities abound throughout the conference and vendors are encouraged to attend the sessions along with operators. Visit the The NATSO Show Web site to find the details on the full line-up of exciting educational opportunities.

4- The NATSO Foundation Fundraiser: Fun. Pure and Simple. The NATSO Foundation Fundraiser event is designed to be the pinnacle of social activities at The NATSO Show. Held on Monday, February 20 at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay, the fundraiser will treat attendees to great food, Blues Brothers-inspired music and—of course, the perfect environment for forging lasting business relationships. Extend your brand’s visabilty by sponsoring the event. Sponsors will have a great time and make valuable connections, all while helping the NATSO Foundation deliver valuable research and education to the industry. It will be a fun night to remember—and customers will know that your sponsorship dollars made it possible. Learn more about sponsoring here. Sponsored by CAT Scale, DAS and Mobil Delvac.

Don’t forget—to guarantee exhibitors the most show floor traffic possible, NATSO has created dedicated hours so vendors can visit and engage with truckstop and travel plaza attendees on the show floor. These special hours run:
Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Not signed up to exhibit yet? Limited space is still available at The NATSO Show. At no other show can you reach as many travel plaza owners and operators, on and off the show floor. Act today to reserve your booth and gain direct access to key truckstop and travel plaza decision makers.
