NATSO Member Briefing: Future of the Renewable Fuel Standard

NATSOColorLogo148.jpg

There has been much confusion in Washington and in fuel markets throughout the country in recent days over the future of the Renewable Fuel Standard. As NATSO reported yesterday morning, there were reports that the White House was planning to issue an Executive Order directing the Environmental Protection Agency to change the "point of obligation" under the RFS from the refinery to the rack. Then Tuesday afternoon, the White House denied these reports.

Given the amount of uncertainty, confusion, and misinformation circulating about this very important issue for fuel retailers, NATSO's Vice President of Government Relations David Fialkov will hold a members-only call on Friday, March 3 at 1:00 p.m. EST. Fialkov will open the call with a brief overview of the issue and this week's developments, and will then answer any questions that participants may have.

Register to hear this important briefing here.

This call is open exclusively to NATSO members and is closed to the press.
