Two NATSO Show Speakers Introduce Themselves

For two and a half days, the industry gathers to find knowledge, solutions and connections at The NATSO Show. Just like The NATSO Show, The NATSO Show Magazine is your source for improving your travel plaza business operations. Unlike The NATSO Show it is year-round.

Two NATSO Show Speakers Introduce Themselves

This year NATSO is creating two NATSO U tracks designed to help operators grow their business. Each track will include two sessions designed to help operators meet the needs of the travelling public through improved operational performance and business planning. All five sessions are crafted to provide tactical training with immediate applicability that generates near-term improvements in customer service and operational efficiency

Two of the speakers of these special tracks, Thom Singer and Seanlai™, put together short videos to introduce themselves.

/// Thom Singer will speak on Know Your Customer: Network with Your Customer to Build Relationships and Better Understand Their Needs and and Seanlai™ will speak on Know Your Employees: How to Hire Top Talent and Retain It in a Competitive Market. Learn more about the NATSO Show here.
