Bill Vollenweider

Bill Vollenweider in the president of Detroiter Travel Center. He has also served as a gas station attendant, short order cook, mechanic, cashier, store manager, restaurant manager, assistant general manager, general manager and vice president.

He served on the board of Old Kent Bank/Fifth Third Bank for nine years and AMBEST board for three years. He has been on the NATSO Government Affairs committee for 14 years. He also served on the board of directors for Island House Condominium Association for thirteen years and served as the vice chair of the City of Woodhaven Downtown Development Authority for nine years.

He attended Wisconsin State University in Oshkosh, WI for three years and has a bachelors degree in marketing from California State University, Northridge, CA. He has been married for 34 years and has one adult daughter currently living in Charlotte, NC.
