Preparation for the Facilitation Session at The NATSO Show

The NATSO Show attendees that plan to attend the Fundamental Leadership Skills: Facilitation educational session at The NATSO Show have homework. Session facilitator Jeffrey Cufaude of Idea Architects has prepared a video for attendees that provides techniques for engaging other people’s best contributions. Conference attendees should watch the video prior to the session to learn how to lead management meetings that result in new ideas and problem-solving.
