Dedicated show floor hours are the heart of any tradeshow, but the opportunities to connect with attendees extend well beyond the show floor at The NATSO Show 2014. In Nashville, vendors are welcome to attend the educational sessions and networking events that abound. Here are five places suppliers and truckstop operators can connect this January.

1- The Kick-Off Keynote and Welcome Party: Start the show off by tapping into the energy and excitement that is sure to abound at the kick-off keynote address and the welcome party that immediately follows it.

2- Keynote Sessions on the Show Floor: Knowing what is on the horizon for your customers will help you prepare for your future. The NATSO Show 2014 includes five keynote sessions led by innovative experts focused on ahead-of-the-curve trends. Each keynote presentation is accompanied by a meal, offering a great opportunity to meet prospective attendees in a more casual environment. View the keynotes here.

3- The NATSO Foundation Fundraiser Social Event: The NATSO Foundation Fundraiser offers a special opportunity to network at The NATSO Show. Sponsor a table for $10,000 to be a part of a worthy cause while having a great time at a Nashville institution. Treat your customers and prospective customers to great food and music at the Ryman Auditorium while raising funds to support the NATSO Foundation. Attendance at this event is limited to sponsors and their guests, so be sure to sponsor a table. Contact Pamela Hayes at phayes@natso.com for more information.

4- Educational Opportunities: In addition to the keynote addresses, educational opportunities abound throughout the conference and vendors are encouraged to attend the sessions along with operators. Visit the The NATSO Show website to find the details on the full line-up of exciting educational opportunities. View the educational sessions here.

5- The Trade Show Floor: To guarantee exhibitors the most show floor traffic possible, NATSO has created dedicated hours so vendors can visit and engage with truckstop and travel plaza attendees on the show floor. These special hours run: Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Not signed up to exhibit yet? Limited space is still available at The NATSO Show. At no other show can you reach as many travel plaza owners and operators, on and off the show floor. Act today to reserve your booth and gain direct access to key truckstop and travel plaza decision makers. To make a booth selection appointment, contact Susan Taylor at (703) 739-8572 or staylor@natso.com
