Nearly 450 million cups of coffee are consumed in the US each day, with coffee incidences growing at both lunch and PM snack dayparts. 

So it is critical to offer your customers a great cup of coffee every time.

Top Quartile C-stores (200+ cups per day) always deliver hot, fresh coffee throughout the entire day, and average seven times greater hot beverage sales (NACS SOI 2013). 

Best Practice recommended hold times are 30 minutes in glass bowls, and one hour in airtight servers. Never combine coffee from different brews as an undesirable flavor will occur when pots of coffee are combined.

It is better – and more cost efficient in the long run – to throw away old, stale coffee than risk losing a customer!
