The Survey Results Are In: The NATSO Show Is A Must Attend

We’re not one of those companies that asks you to spend time filling out a survey and then does nothing with the information.  So for those of you who responded to our attendee survey, thank you on behalf of everyone for helping making The NATSO Show better for all.

Last year, you told us in your survey responses that you wanted more from the Great Ideas! For Independent Operators Workshop so we turned to our Future Leaders program for leadership in overhauling the workshop.  According to survey results, attendees were roughly 300% happier this year with workshop over last year.  Kudos to Gerald Danniel, Corey Berkstresser and Herb Hargraves for helping us take your feedback and turn it into actionable direction.

This year, we’re hearing that while our attendees see The NATSO Show as “a must attend event for all operators” you still want more education; more opportunities to network and learn from each other and your customers; and have at least one event off the-floor to break bread with each other and relax a little.  To meet your needs, a couple of ideas we’re batting around include adding morning education and designating a bar as the go-to after-hours spot for attendees.

Many of you have told us that this is a working vacation for you, so we’re excited to bring The NATSO Show back to the beautiful city of Savannah next Jan. 21-24.  The Westin provides an intimate atmosphere where it’s par for the course to bump into other attendees and lose yourself in a conversation that may just result in that one idea that pays for your whole trip.

Not only do we act upon what you share with us in your survey results, but we reward people for sharing.
