Virginia Officials: Leadership Lacking in Transportation Funding

About 50 city and county leaders from Virginia gathered to brainstorm transportation funding issues. With a critical funding shortfall in Virginia looming, the group acknowledged that a "big solution" is needed, and more tolls are not the answer. As tolled projects begin to come online, "reality has set in" and "people are starting to object."
