Plaintiffs Request One-Week Extension for Class Certification in Universal Delaware Case
Plaintiffs have filed an unopposed motion to extend the hearing for class certification in the Universal Delaware case against Comdata (to which plaintiffs have sought to add the chains). The new proposed date is January 13, 2010. The case schedule is below.
