Director, Special Projects and Volunteer Engagement

Works with NATSO’s CEO on managing a variety of projects and
serves as the liaison to the Board of Directors and creates meaningful
experiences for volunteers and develops tools for engaging volunteers.
Responsible for operations and technology for NATSO.
Holly Alfano
Vice President, Government Affairs

Represents the interests of truckstops and travel plazas before Congress
and regulatory agencies. Lead on tax and fuel issues.
Brad Stotler
Director, Government Affairs

Advocates for NATSO members on a range of issues affecting the industry,
especially transportation policy.
Taryn Brice-Rowland
Government Affairs Assistant

Provides support to NATSO’s government affairs team, helping to
advance the interests of truckstops and travel plazas at the federal
level.
Tiffany Wlazlowski
Senior Director, Public Affairs

Identifies communications needs and executes communications strategies
to advance NATSO’s advocacy goals. Supports member communications
needs by cultivating and facilitating relationships with media and
educating them about NATSO issues.
Pamela Hayes
Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Develops strategic partnerships that create value for members.
Staff lead on meetings and events, including The NATSO Show.
Directs recruitment and retention of truckstops, travel centers and
allied members through valuable service offerings. Supports the
NATSO Foundation in fundraising and event planning.

Vice President, Education and Marketing

Meets members’ needs for information, education and research
unique to truckstop and travel plaza industry. Delivers industry
and trend information through Stop Watch and online tools. Markets NATSO
products and services. Supports the NATSO Foundation’s
marketing, education and research efforts.

Communications Assistant

Provides support to NATSO's communications team, helping to
advance the interests of truckstops and travel plazas through the
publication of NATSO's electronic newsletters Highway Business
Matters and NATSO News Weekly, work on Stop Watch
Magazine and serves at the contact person for NATSO's website.

Membership Assistant

Works on a variety of project teams, primarily in support of the
following NATSO objectives: Recruiting and retaining members, industry
partners and customers; establishing The NATSO Show as an innovative,
must attend event for NATSO member owners and buyers; providing business
solutions that meet member needs.

Provides customer support and service to
allied members and truckstop members. Key support person for The NATSO
Show.
Kimberly Roberts
Member Care Specialist

Provides customer service and support to travel plaza and allied
members, and Check-Link TM customers. Also provides
support to the NATSO staff.
Robert Shuman
Director, Finance

Oversees and performs all accounting, personnel, financial and financial
reporting functions for both NATSO and NATSO Foundation. Ensures
control over all monies received and compliance with governmental
regulations.
Lynna Doan
Staff Accountant
ldoan@natso.com
Supports NATSO and the NATSO Foundation accounting and finance project
while working closely with NATSO staff to deliver service to NATSO
travel plazas and truck stops, and Check-Link TM drivers.
Maintains records for NATSO PAC.
