Scott Paulson is a partner in Silco Oil Co. Silco
Oil operates 12 Barn Store Convenience Stores and six Tomahawk Auto
Truck Plazas, with four Biscuits Cafes in Colorado and
Arizona.
Scott started in the c-store business in 1975 with
Q-Superettes in Minneapolis. Q-Superettes was purchased by Total
Petroleum Inc. and Paulson was involved in retail marketing in
Milwaukee, Detroit and Denver until 1998.In 1998 Scott joined Silco Oil
as an operations manager and was part of the management group that
purchased Silco in 2000.
Scott has been directly involved in the Tomahawks
since the retirement of a partner in 2005.

Lisa Mullings is the President and Chief Executive
Officer for NATSO. Prior to this appointment to NATSO’s Executive
Committee, she served as NATSO’s Vice President of Public Affairs
and Counsel. In that capacity, she lobbied on transportation and tax
issues and managed NATSO’s strategic communication plan, serving
as NATSO’s primary media contact as well as editor of both the
association’s bi-monthly trade publication, Stop Watch, and its
weekly e-newsletter.
Prior to joining NATSO in January 1995 as the Associate Director of
Government Affairs, Lisa was the communications and government affairs
manager for the National Association of Chemical Recyclers. Prior to
that, she served for five years as a staff member on the House
transportation committee. She received her undergraduate degree in
business with a minor in journalism from the University
of Maryland in 1994 and her law degree from George Mason University
School of Law in 2000. She is married and has two sons.

Frank Love is the President and C.O.O. of Love’s Operating
Companies, Inc. Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores operates
over 200 interstate travel centers and convenience stores located
in 33 states across America. Oklahoma City is the headquarters for
Love’s.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Love
spent two years with the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company before joining his
family’s company in 1994. He and his wife, Malia, have two
children.

Bobby Berkstresser has owned and operated Lee-Hi Travel
Plaza since 1981, growing from eight employees to over 140. He has been
a member of NATSO for 26 years. Berkstresser has served on the local
board of supervisors, Republican Party chairman local party, attended
NATSO legislative meetings in Washington, D.C. and attended numerous
NATSO conventions. |

Thomas M. O'Brien is a Managing Director, President
and CEO of TravelCenters of America LLC. O’Brien has also
been a senior executive of Reit Management & Research LLC, a real
estate investment management company, since 1996. Prior to 1996, O'Brien
was a senior manager with Arthur Andersen LLP. O’Brien graduated
from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1988. O’Brien is a
director of NATSO (since 2007), of VirnetX Holding Corp., a public
company engaged in development of internet communication security
software (since 2007) and of Christian Relief Services, a charitable
organization providing humanitarian services around the world (since
2008).

Dan Alsaker is CEO of Broadway Flying J Truck Stops, and President of
Alsaker Corp. The expansion of the family owned company began in 1980
and now includes truckstops, restaurants, casinos and hotels in four
states and employs more than 400. During the past three decades,
Broadway Truck Stops have expanded into Iowa, Montana, Nevada and
Washington.
Alsaker has served as NATSO Chairman for the past two
consecutive years, the board of regents of Pacific Lutheran University
and as a trustee/president of St. George’s School in Spokane. He
has provided leadership and expertise on the University of Idaho College
of Business and Economics Advisory Board. He has provided the Alsaker
Family Faculty Fellowship to assist the college in attracting and
retaining the very best faculty. Alsaker and his wife, Anne, have four
children.

Darrin Flitton is the
Fleet and Truckstop Manager for the Sinclair Gold Truckstop
Network. He has spent 23 years in business
related positions. Prior to working for
Sinclair Gold Truckstops, he served in several positions at Flying J,
Inc. including Corporate Buyer and Category Manager, District
Merchandise Manager and Travel Plaza Manager. He has also been employed at Barjan, LLC as an account
representative.
Flitton has a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Management from Utah State University.
He is currently serving on the Buying Committee for
AMBEST. He also served on the Board for
Granger Crossing District, a volunteer position within a non-profit
organization to improve the business district of an inner city suburb of
Salt Lake City.

Fred Kirschner is owner and operator of Scranton Petro
in Dupont, Pa. Kirschner has been in the truckstop and travel plaza
industry since 1968, joining as a NATSO member in 1976. In addition
to serving on many NATSO committees such as Technology and Systems
Committee, Kirschner has also served on the Board of Directors of the
NATSO Foundation. Kirschner also serves as the Secretary of Energy's
National Petroleum council as well as many other charitable boards. |

Pat Marchbanks currently owns and
operates Bear Mountain Travel Plaza in Bakersfield, Calif. Marchbanks
joined the truckstop family business in 1976. Marchbanks currently is a
board member of NATSO, WATSO and government affairs member of CIOMA. He
is the former Chairman of NATSO PAC with Mark Griffin and David Penny, a
former NATSO Chairman and a former WATSO president. He is also a former
chair of the current company board of trade, former president of Bruces
Truckstop Inc. and former board member of Travel Ports of America.
Marchbanks graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Administration from
California State University at Sacramento in 1976. |

Mark Augustine is the President
of Triplett Inc., which includes two convenience stores, seven travel
stores, three transports, an office/warehouse complex and four
self-storage properties.
He served as
President of the Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association
of Kansas and was the representative for BP Amoco Kansas Jobbers for six
years on BPAMA Board of Directors. Augustine has been a member of an industry study group since
2000. In addition, he has been on the
American Red Cross Board, Salina Area Chamber of Commerce Board and
currently serves as President of the Sacred Heart JR/SR High School
Endowment Board. He has a degree in
Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.

Delia Moon Meier is the Senior Vice
President of Iowa 80 Group and CAT Scale Co. She is a second-generation
truckstop operator. Meier has served as a NATSO committee member, NATSO
board member, Chairman of the NATSO Foundation and is the current
Chairman of NATSO Government Affairs.
Meier was also a past board member of Bettendorf
Chamber of Commerce, past chair and long term member of the Chamber
Government Affairs Committee, past board member of the Iowa Underground
Storage Tank Board and past board member of AMBEST.
Meier also spends her time as a junior Achievement
classroom volunteer, member of Asbury United Methodist Church and a Girl
Scouts troop leader. Meier received her BBA from the University of Iowa.
Delia and her husband, Dave, have three daughters.

center. From 1960 to 1983, Mr. Ryan held
various management positions with Unocal Corporation, Los Angeles,
California.
He has served on the
NATSO Board of Directors. Ryan also served
on the Board of Directors of Intern Speedway Corporation, the
Association of Christian Truckers, Rotary Club and Butts Co. Development
Authority. In addition, he is the Chairman
of the Partners for Smart Growth for his county.

Jimmy Haslam is president and CEO of Pilot Travel
Centers. He joined Pilot in 1976 immediately following graduation from
the University of Tennessee, where he received a degree in
marketing.
In 1980, Haslam was named vice president of sales,
development and operations. Haslam was named to his current position in
1996, when Pilot operated 96 travel centers and 50 convenience stores.
In 2001, Pilot Corp. partnered with Marathon Ashland Petroleum LLC to
form Pilot Travel Centers LLC.
Haslam also serves on the boards of Innovation Valley
Inc., First Horizon Corp., Ruby Tuesday Inc., Anderson Media Corp.,
Clayton Family Foundation and on the National Association of Convenience
Stores Leadership Council. In 2006, he served as Tennessee statewide
campaign chair for the Corker for Senate Campaign.
Haslam is married to Susan "Dee" Bagwell Haslam, CEO
of RIVR Media. They have three adult children, Jim, Whitney and
Cynthia.

Roger Phillips has been in the tire business since
1978. He worked for Michelin for 12 years and has worked for
Bridgestone/Firestone North American for 18 years. At Bridgestone,
Phillips has served as Territory Manager, Regional Fleet Manager,
District Manager and currently as the Manager of Truckstop Sales for the
Bridgestone/Firestone Commercial Group.
Bridgestone/Firestone is a member of NATSO's
Chairman's Circle. Phillips serves on NATSO's Allied and
Conventions Committee, which he previously co-chaired. Phillips has
served as the Chair of the NATSO Foundation Board of Directors and he
has also served in the past as the foundation's Secretary/Treasurer and
Vice Chair. Phillips also is the auctioneer for the foundation's
live auction.
